Method

  1. Place garlic, lemon juice, and egg yolks in a food processor and puree.

  2. Slowly add the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

3 ea. Egg yolks

1 head Garlic, roasted

2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

to taste Salt and Black pepper
