Elazar Sontag is restaurant editor for Bon Appétit. He’s a cookbook author, and a restaurant-trained cook. Previously, Elazar was a staff writer at Eater’s national site, and an associate editor at Serious Eats. His writing, along with the occasional recipe, appears in print and online across a variety of publications.
